# Launchpad Application

The Launchpad is the gateway for companies to tokenize their assets and list them on Vesta. This feature enables seamless creation and customization of Real World Asset NFTs, allowing company shares to be represented as digital tokens.<br>

**Use Case:** A real estate developer can use the Launchpad to tokenize their property, setting attributes such as pricing, fractional ownership details, and distribution strategies. Once listed, the property becomes available for global investment.
