# Dividend Distribution

Vesta automates the distribution of dividends to NFT holders based on the revenue generated from the underlying real-world assets. This feature ensures that investors receive their fair share of income, such as rental yields or profits from asset sales, directly to their wallets.

**Use Case:** A property generates rental income, which is automatically distributed to the NFT holders in proportion to their ownership. This provides a passive income stream to investors.
